So if we 'accuse' the seller of scamming with the car what can he do? Can he complain to ebay about being accused of scamming or will he jump in his mums metro and come rape me??

He will ask for payment or a deposit through western union money transfer or something similar. People fall for it all the time. There are hundreds of scams mate.

no i dont get this either, theres no phone no or anything, must just wait for some mug to e mail? i asked the question but all i put was so when can i view it then? which was probably bit too obvious, perhaps we need to sound genuinely interested to see if we get a phone no??

so thats how they get your money but who would be stupid engough to fall for it as people no, or are they just stupid enough to think its real as i would'nt part with cash to some one i dont no or no ware to find them me my-self

This is deffo a issue . Have'nt ebay clocked on to it ?

Someone from the avo site sent a question to this seller about an escort for sale and the bloke wrote back about a motorbike. These scammers just copy anything they see that is valuable and sell it for a silly price, someone sees it and thinks they have spotted a bargain and can't wait to part with cash. Even if the scammer gets a £100 deposit he's a happy chappie. This bloke is probably advertising 10's maybe 100's of items under different user names ;)
