i used to get and wat my mum did for me was get me sum local honey and have like a spoon ful a day in the spring and it almost makes u completely immune to the local pollen. :wink:

Its horrible. I got it late spring this year. Its around the time i normally get it. Its getting worse though. Last year i got it in september too.

Citirazene (sp?) every day of me life for the last 20 years :(

i get it 12 months of the year :sad: (allergic to grass pollen) mind you living opposite a park dont help :lol:

Me and Mrs Nettles both suffer from it. She normally gets it first followed by me.

We take Tesco’s own brand hayfever allergy relief tablets and Flixonase nasal spray. A combo of both of these seems to work really well. Also try local bee juice. :lol:

I think that I’m starting to grow out of it though because it hasn’t been as bad for the last couple of years. I’ve suffered since a very early age and sympathize with anyone who suffers from it. :sad:

Given me fricken astma as well as i've got older (astma, hayfever and exema are all connected :( )

Nasal inhailers, can't use em :? didn't like doing coke either :lol:

the only thing i sniff is old ladies sadles :lol:

not that i can smell mutch cos of the hayfever :lol::lol:

dont even get a hint of it. Lived on a farm most of my life and was always out helping my dad harvest time and hay cart so i guess the fact i was practically rolling in it most of the time made me immune or whatever.
