No they are differant and the input shaft on a v6 box is longer as well and will need machining down to fit, if it is the H/D V6 box an RS B/H will not fit without modifying it to clear the H/D bearing cover.

Rather confusingly the Duratec is called the I4 as well by Ford, then they like to confuse everyone by using the Zetec name willy nilly and calling Zetec's Duratecs! Martin Bird had an I4 in his Anglia too that went rather well, though cant remember whether that was the 8V version or the 16V.
