I love my mini- even though she's still just a rolling sheel. Got a 1.3 metro engine to go in it.

I used to have a metro and I pct'd it (production car trials). It's like a hillclimb but is on car control and not how fast u go.

Why cant people get involved it that rather than banger racing? Its good fun and only costs £15-plus the cars suffer from less damage than if they was to be bangered. The cars dont have to have an mot, insurance, tax or even a driver with a license. I started when I was 14.

My friend tom's mini is basically dead but he still uses her for pct's.

I've been pcting my renault 5! Weird...erm I do mine in Meopham, Kent. Cant think of what they call the hill- chapmans hill or something?!

There's one on Nov 12th I believe. I'll be doing results with my friend tom's step-mum.

It's good fun! We usually get a real mixed bunch that come down and compete. Some really old cars and things like imps, manta's and the usual- mini's, nova's etc.

Like I said earlier- doing pct's is a fun, causes less damage to the car and is a non expensive way of getting the deadest of cars out.

I really cannot stand bangers! I know not everyone will agree with me about banger racing being an awful pikey sport, but I'm allowed to have my say and I'll let others do the same.
