urgent zetec info needed

im trying to get the bolt off the main crank pully on the zetec im rebiulding. its soo tight! but a big part of the problem is i dont know if its a left or right handed thread. can anyone help? info needed asap thanks guys

should be a normal thread mate. put a bolt in a bellhousing hole and hold the flywheel with a big screw driver or pry bar and get someone to undo it
