meXEco Posted August 22, 2007 Report Posted August 22, 2007 Anyone any ideas as to why fuel is leaking out the first trumpet-pair of 40 dcoe's on a xflow-give it a bit of gas and a steady flow drips out no 1 trumpet-tried the needle valves-adjusted the floats already is there anything else i should be looking for? Cheers, John.
mk1mexico Posted August 22, 2007 Report Posted August 22, 2007 Mine did this yeasterday after changing my cams, number 1 plug had fouled cleaned that up and it was sorted
meXEco Posted August 22, 2007 Author Report Posted August 22, 2007 Right that seemed to have stopped MOST of it but theres still a little hint of fuel weepage right inside the trumpet. It'll do for now until we can get her on some rollers Cheers for that.
Posse Posted August 22, 2007 Report Posted August 22, 2007 Sounds to me as if the float is sticking m8
