.gif help

hi everyone

 

ive found a .gif i want to use as my avatar but its too big.how do i resize it?ive tried photoshop but after that it wasnt moving any more(yes i did save it as a gif)

Photobucket has a size editor. It worked for a couple of animated avatars I had to re-size
