whats the best way to compress new springs

my next job is to fit the front struts , how can i compress the springs to fit them .

but seriously, they should do spring compressors at any good local motor factors.

 

either that, or sweet talk a garage to put the springs on your struts if they're that type

don't worry, i had to ask the exact same question on my springs

 

still got a dent in my bonnet where i had to drive to the motor factors with no springs in my drivers side
