bashmk1 Posted October 19, 2006 Report Posted October 19, 2006 right, its 11.00pm. im sitting in the front room watching something on the telly box and i keep hearing a scratching sound every now and then. thought it was one of the cats or dog so ignored it. me dad wanders in from the pub and sits down too, he asks what the scratching is, i just dismiss it as the cat doing stuff behind the sofa. after a while it gets more constant so we investigate, no cats or dogs in site. just a wall. "have you checked in the hamster recently" he asks "....shit!" i wander upstairs and the cage is open. well theres only one thing for it. with a few beers in him and toolbox in hand my dad produces a hammer! with hamster catching devices in hand as were peer into the hole who do we see.... thats right, little Marve sitting in the wall. thats me coaxing him out with pizza, a ladel and the fruit bowl.
Burns Posted October 19, 2006 Report Posted October 19, 2006 haha, they get everywhere don't they have you worked out how he got in the wall yet?
bashmk1 Posted October 19, 2006 Author Report Posted October 19, 2006 he escaped, got under the bath, then fell down the gap were the pipes run!! unfortunatly hes now deceased, he escaped yet again and drowned. me mum was hosing the garden down and he walked in the crossfire. we found him in the corner with the leaves. RIP marve!
