Well i can tell you not to use the M8 if its sloppy mate

had the same problem mate go on ebay to a member called aruncas, get the imperial shafted tensile bolts

now im fooked. any ideas as the bolt shop cant find an aproprate size bolt to fit surly im not the only one to find this am i

ok measure the size of hole and measure length you need then, contact rally design and ask them. otherwise just buy a shitload of different bolts till you got a suitable pair, jus make sure you use high tensile, hope thishelps mate

sorry m8 didnt see ur first post. think rd is gonna get a bit of flack tommorow. if there stuff dont use nomal size bolts y dont they supply them with. down the bolt shop i brought a big bag of bolts for less than £4

an update on these problems. rang rally design about the collar size on the inner bush. basicly they had a bad batch of bushes with the collars not drilled big enough to take the standard 3/8 bolt. they stuck two new bushes into the post and i got them today top guys
