bashmk1 Posted October 22, 2006 Author Report Posted October 22, 2006 cheers sambo! any ideas what a bottom end would be worth then?
sambo Posted October 22, 2006 Report Posted October 22, 2006 Well, i'll take it off your hands for a 20? Nah, i'm not too sure what it's worth really, if its complete and good nick then maybe 400-500 ????????????? dont hold me to that though bash!.
bashmk1 Posted October 22, 2006 Author Report Posted October 22, 2006 cheers sambo. anyone else know? it would be complete less pistons and bearings, rebored to .50 polished crank. also a big valve head pinto, ported and polished, complete without camshaft. anyone?
Gareth Posted October 22, 2006 Report Posted October 22, 2006 Theyre the better ones, thicker castin and all that Don't have a clue how much its worth tho
Mk 1 Mark Posted October 22, 2006 Report Posted October 22, 2006 If it was a 200 (4x4) block it would be worth more as they are better of the 2, Unless its a 205 block with the smaller core plug hole on the back then it would make it an RS500 block. 205 block were standard 2wd engines:wink: Depending on the condition and miles ect good crank and rods £250-300 complete bottom end £400 +
