I need to know what this distributor cap is known as so I can phone halfords to order one for tommorow night, I also need to get the rotor arm to fit.

your best bet ould b to go in and take that with u,halfords proberly wont have side exit caps

i have a feeling the cap is a fiat one as the side exits were never standard ford. Sorry cant help any furhter, i asked a while back but nobody could answer

Damn, I have to work and was hoping to order one from halfords over the phone and pick it up after work. I have found a similar looking one on the H&H site under performance distributors on the left hand side.

Just been down to the garage and found the dizzy is a Lucas 43D4

Burtons do those caps, They list Part a number that a motorfactor or halfords can xreference.

John, dizzy cap part number from intermotor is 44730 and from lucas is DDB194

ive got 2 cossie side exit caps in my garage
