Hunter T Posted October 10, 2007 Report Posted October 10, 2007 Recently got my wicked mk1... Now comes the difficult bit what to do with it... Its a 1969 fitted with a mk2 xflow... It looks very much like a Twincam rep, should I keep it at that or change it...? ie square to round headlights (coz i like round) and build a wicked hot xflow or source a twincam lump and run it on 40s??? (help) If I go either route I want to sort out all suspension, brakes, running gear so it handles and stops properly... I need cost effective, but good solutions... (help) The most difficult bit tho is whether I should sell my mk2 to fund part of the mk1's build..... or do i keep both and just do small bits to the mk1 as and when I can afford it..... What do people think??? Help and advise with all bits please

SmokeEm Posted October 10, 2007 Report Posted October 10, 2007 Cant do for a bargain price im affraid mate..... make me an offer tho you never know Bit out of my league me thinks mate! - My Capri looks like it's going to a new home shortly so will have only about £1500 to spend - Might get a stock rough one for that, you never know. If not, i'll have to wait till April when I'll have a bit more to spend. Don't really want to sell the Capri but I promised my nephew he could have it if he could come up with £1500 - regretting that promise now!
