I do a lot of motoring in North Wales and what strikes me as odd is that there is'nt a lot of speed camera's about. He has a few of the mobile vans but not many compared to the size of the place and the places where the vans will be are always printed in the free press.

I think he gets a lot of stick because he is the head of the traffic police for the UK.
