beedz Posted October 27, 2007 Report Posted October 27, 2007 got a phonecall this morning from my mrs's parents - they'd spotted a mk5 tina & a mk2 escy up at a local metal merchants being stripped jumped in the motor, raced up there. turns out they were both in pretty bad nick, but they won't even consider selling them on anyway - company policy to promise the person that scraps it that it will be crushed and not sold on. so if anyone is in the south wales area & after some bits I'd phone them pretty sharpish. the tina was badly rotten, and the escy interior had not been protected from the elements, but they might have some bits. I must admit I didn't even look to see what engines - company is : http://www.baylissrecovery.com/contactUs.htm
