Fiesta Steve Posted October 28, 2007 Report Posted October 28, 2007 Nice one m8 Oh, what antz said, pics !
X-pack-Glyn Posted October 28, 2007 Author Report Posted October 28, 2007 Unfortunatly my OSF photographer (escort21) is too much of a pansy to come on these mad fishing trips as hes too worried about getting cold im sure you cam appreciate taking a pic of yourself holding a lively 24lb fish is a bit difficult.
antz Posted October 29, 2007 Report Posted October 29, 2007 i can imagine trying to hold a giant fish and take a pic at the same time is rather difficult
Admin Mk2Jo Posted October 29, 2007 Admin Report Posted October 29, 2007 i can imagine trying to hold a giant fish and take a pic at the same time is rather difficult I think it's a very poor excuse
Tom Posted October 29, 2007 Report Posted October 29, 2007 so you got a new pb but no proof? what are these glm's then?
X-pack-Glyn Posted October 29, 2007 Author Report Posted October 29, 2007 I did actually take a pic on my phone in the dark, but all you can see is its massive belly with my foot next to it. G.L.Ms are the business mate, colour perfectly matches the lake bed
Burns Posted October 29, 2007 Report Posted October 29, 2007 What is glm tho? i was gonna ask the same question google came up with these; http://www.starmerbaits.com/pellets.html

X-pack-Glyn Posted October 29, 2007 Author Report Posted October 29, 2007 Gona fish pellet over pellet next week..... gota be an inovator, lakes so overfished by people using the same old baits like i was and wasnt catching, in 2 weekends ive had a 7,18,12,24....
Fiesta Steve Posted October 29, 2007 Report Posted October 29, 2007 I always fish over pellet, get the carp preoccupied on the stuff, the boilie will be taken without second though. I never fish over boilies, but always use them on the hook. I'm using Dynamite Baits, started on Marine Halibut shelf-life then went over to Terry Hearns 'The Source' frozen. I used to roll my own but it took too long and realised I could get the same results on readymades.
Tom Posted October 30, 2007 Report Posted October 30, 2007 Pellets in cold water aren't as good as the oils in them don't leak off as much but give it a go
Fiesta Steve Posted October 30, 2007 Report Posted October 30, 2007 I would feed too much of anything in this weather.
