x/flow plugs and leads

im just wondering what the best plugs and leads are for a x/flow.

mine is a 1600, electric ignition, 4 branch, ported polished head with gt valves, double valve springs, weber 32 carb.

any help would be appreciated as iv just fitted the head and i cant gauge how much of an improvemnet iv got till i replace the knackered leads and plugs.
