I havn't done jack shit mate lol

Joe's been busy building it. Im hoping to have it back next month after he has dyno'd it. He is currently in the final stages of building his dyno,so i will have to wait for that to be finished first before i can have my engine back. I have got to get a mate around to fabricate some new engine mounts for me also, cos my old mounts made my engine sit pissed  .

I have also got to decide on a turbo, the engine is now capable of around 550bhp with the right turbo, but with that comes LAG!! not good,so a smaller turbo will be sorced for it,maybe a GT30 like Terrys mk2. :D

You got that car yet mate?

Shame on you giving the work to someone else :lol:

550 BHP  Your just too greedy Kev :lol:

So a small turbo can still produce good power then?

Sorry if thats a silly question, i ve still got a lot to learn about turbos :oops::lol::lol:

No car yet mate, still waiting for money. Should nt be long thou :D:D

Well with big power comes lag im afraid. You can mix and match turbos and get a happy medium. Alot of people have gone for a T38 which is a mix of T34 and a T4,it seems to have good results but some people say that its laggy also, but not as laggy as a T4. That why i thought i would go for a roller bearing turbo, they spool up quicker, only thing is i cant use the anti lag with it anymore cos it would blow the turbo to bits, not that i used anti lag for racing before, but i did use it for going through the dartford tunnel  and for showing off at car meets lol

Otherwise i can go for a T4 with maram shaft and go mad with anto lag,but ive never seen good results down the quarter with this set up.

So many choices

And Al,thats exactly what i would like,a mk2 mex with 160-180bhp on 48's and an lsd 8)
