I'd like to get some pictures done and as only one person tried to do my request on here , i was wondering if it's the sort of thing you could get done professionally , who could do it and what would it cost ? Any ideas ? see below under my previous entry for the type of thing I was after .

thing is mate, without a very good picture to begin with you will either end up with a poor quality pic or end up searching the web for hours trying to find good donor pictures.

we need a high res pic of your car,

then we need high res pics of all the bits you want grafting on to it, all pics taken from the same or very close to the angle of the car so we dont have to mess around with the reshaping of them.

if you can supply the pics im sure loads of people will try.

it could even be a good basis for the next photoshop comp

its like if you try and photoshop a small or low res pic, the second you zoom in to do any kind of detail work you just see a big blur of squares thats impossible to work with.

high res pics will give crisper edges for us to work with and to paint to etc etc

open a small pic in paint then zoom in, youl see what i mean./

Thanks Rick , are the hot rod pics ( see under the original request - Classic hot rod colour scheme s ) not high enough resolution ? As I said I really have no idea about . As for over-head-cam's reply , who said I was moaning , there's a big difference between being disapointed and moaning , but i note that you list your age as 5 .

Your posts have an 'air' of moaning. Like "I asked someone to do something for me for free and I was a bid upset that only 1 person responded"

No takers then ? only tazrock . Very disapointing .

Moaning? Maybe If you had said that you were disappointed it may have read better, but you are implying that the disappointment is from our side of the conversation. So yes, there IS a big difference in what you say/mean/infer

But how are we supposed to know in which context you meant your comments?

I'd like to point out that what was " quoted " above , wasn't what I said at all . I don't know how to put up pictures here , so i won't be able to supply anything suitable . Thanks anyway to wessie , tazroc & Rick .
