ARB to TCA Polybush question

My polybushes were supplied with some domed washers to go either side of the bush, but I've lost the fitting instructions.

 

Can anyone tell me if the washers should fit with the concave or convex side facing the poly?

Logic tells me that if I go with )BUSH( they can only ever be tightened until the meet the metal tube that runs through the middle of the top hats, and that id I go with (BUSH) they will pinch up to the top hats.

 

But still I don't know which way is right?
