Bidding at the last sec is called sniping its perfectly 'legal' I had someone send me a nasty email cos i did it i dont go to the length of getting the sniping software you can download from other sites.

hes probably running BidWatch programme m8....lets you put the Max on days before and keeps bidding from the time you want ...say 10 secs before the end . Gutted for you Phil
