seasonal cold :-(

is it me or does anyone else get this?

 

about this time every year i geta cold that turns into a raging snotfest...

 

typical that it always happens during the holiday period or weekends.

 

iv been coughing up what i can only describe as mushy peas since 4 this morning LOL

 

however i will still be sorting the fuel/brake lined today

Word of advice.....................Stay off milky and cream products, as this produces more phlegm.

 

ie no more pints of milk until the old has gone. just drink lots of water

 

ps, no, I don't generally get colds at this time of year I just get them every other time of the year
