Going to ring up and order a load of poly bushes front to back later...

all the back end of my capri will be stock mk1 capri shaped bushes...

how many bushes will be different with fitting mk3 2.0L struts (will GAZ provide these as thats where they are at the moment being converted)

with a 2.8i anti roll bar fitted which bushes will change, will the middle brackets at the front be mk1 capri bushes but with an internal diameter of 24mm to fit the 2.8i roll bar through? what about the back end of the roll bar... what does that mean

oh... is there much different between the companies... had any bad experiences with any of them... superflex.... and erm... forgetten the other one... guess i wont be useing them then

I can't comment on which bushes you need to use, but I recently found a third alternative to superflex and powerflex.

Try out http://www.deflex.co.uk to see if they can help. I bought a front end kit from them for my Mk2. The service was great, and it was nigh-on half the price of the others. Paying half the price might not mean it's up to the dizzy heights of Superflex, but if you're using them for road/fast road, I reckon they'll be up to the job.
