I reckon you should personnally follow your road up to Catford / Lewisham on the A21 , then go south circular towards Brixton , then follow to Wandsworth , then out to Kew Bridge , over that , up to the Chiswick Flyover ( M4 junction ) , follow signs North Circular ( A405 ) , up to Hanger Lane , straight on there ( north Circular still ) , Ace Cafe is 1st exit off ( sign posted Park Royal ) hope that helps
