the torque on that old zetec would'nt pull the skin off a rice puddy lets be honest :mrgreen::mrgreen:
plus if you stick it on the dyno dynamics "bhp thief" at torque of the devil it will have alot less !!!!!!! :wink:

gaz as for the dyno dynamics bhp theif ..... twink getting 100 from a standard pinto with a fixed fan and admitedly a 4 branch manifold would lead me to beleive it was near enough spot on ....

I thought that zetec 100E was in the 12's. When you beat that you can say zetecs are slow :mrgreen:

It is spot on but the zetec in the advert hasn't been on it that's all . If it had it would be 180bhp and that's if it was a good £10,000 one :wink:

Seriously now folks all the st170 zetecs make about 155bhp on it and can't they get anywhere near 200bhp unless you spend a fortune on steel cranks , rods , race heads , cams , solid lifters , throttle bodies , engine management , etc etc or fit a turbo :wink: . If going to all that trouble then you may as well use a 16v pinto as it will be faster and it fits !!!!!!!! :mrgreen:
