first meeting at the new spedeworth track 13th april , historic hot rods n bangers

 

the first meeting sponsered by by rob collard.

 

at the new track in aldershot hampshire if you no the old fleet track then you no where the new spedeworth track is , if you need directions then jus ask or pm .

are you on about swaffham reopening? if so i was planning on doing the unders bangers, but will have to see.. as its over 3 hours from me

if it is swaffham then ive been miss informed and will try and get there as apart from milden hall its most local

been talking to the mrs and its decided im going to start it up again as i miss it

Just to make it clear the Classic Hot Rods are not at this event it is the historic Stock cars.

yeh i had a look at the pictures of the mk1 shell mate and unfortunatly because it was 75% fiber glass it breaks regulations also would have been difficult to get the arse set up again after it having a jag rear innit .....

 

im sorry that i didnt buy it but i am sure that you have been able to sell it .

 

i havent caused any problems so please dont cause any that arent needed. :wink:

arrrgh balls i wanted ta see them i was told by one of my mates that they were there , oh well the historic stock are a good crack aswell i suppose :roll:

yeh i have just spoken ta billy and its because of all the health n safety tests n checks that have to be done , but they are trying to save the 2nd meeting if they can just fingers crossed it all goes well , i went up there today and bychrist is it gonna be a fast track !!!!

 

i cant wait to get a banger out there :twisted:

I havent been to watch any banger racing for ages. Last time was down Ringwood about 4-5 years ago and before that was getting coated in chalk dust at Horndean.

 

Will have to try and remember and pop up to aldershot :thumbsup:
