anyone know where to get some decent door rubbers for an escort,i got some off ebay but the doors dont shut properly.tried adjusting but still have to slam very hard.the rubbers are obviosly too thick

You can't beat second hand door rubbers i ended up binning mine because of the same reason

are these door rubbers the 'universal' type that you order however many meters of the stuff you want, if so and you dont want them anymore, could i buy it off you, i need some for my mk3 cortina so id need the length of each piece to check if they would suit my doors. is yours a 4 door as well?

no mines a 2 door,bought them of ebay to fit the escort the window rubbers are fine but like i say the door rubbers arnt right.good idea about getting good second hand ones
