We actually bought it off Duncan Watts up in Crewe. He bought it off racing junk we think. He bought it for the engine, we have a 520ci chrysler wedge motor built by Dave Milam at She Devil Racing to drop in it, powerglide box with a trick bellhousing. We're hoping for 8/9 second quarters out of it. Still got a long way to go to get it to the strip, planning on easter next year.

If so you will probably know the greenfish racing boyz with the green cuda.Thats down my place at the mo doing the bodywork on it pics on website.Saw your capri leaving swapmeet at essex well think it was cant be many like yours very nice mate. Gonna have kittens when I drive the altered I think Im good mates with mick payne (artful dodger) crewed with him last year hes got a new car we will run the dodger at the mopar euronats this year then the hemi is going in new car pro mod here we come
Lilo_Capri Posted April 13, 2008 Report Posted April 13, 2008 the yellow car is a pc cresta, my mates car is painted in valvoline colours and were fat pack racing. yer i know rob the driver of greenfish's son. that would have been my capri leaving the swapmeet. also i bought a car off of micka few years ago, john moriss's old reliant scimitar drag car, can't wait to see his new car out. deluxemk1 Posted April 14, 2008 Report Posted April 14, 2008 Cheers Il keep my eyes open for your car at the track next year ive just been trying to get a flex plate from andy robinson then I can get the engine in hoping to have it all together for the invicta roadster/bhra show 13th 14th 15th june at farming world nr faversham kent,Mick payne is probably coming down with my altered and bringing the artful dodger hopefully we will both be making some noise Get them old skool fords down to this meet everyone its gonna be good!
