Von Loxlee Posted April 11, 2008 Report Posted April 11, 2008 is it me or am i allowed to be a bit pissed off at an ebay seller..... bought some rockers off of somebody on ebay that were advertised as new and when i got them they looked rather tatty and were not imo as new condition even if they had never been used in an engine. i went to give the seller neutral feedback because i did feel that they possibly were technically new so didnt warrant bad feedback, but then decided to change my mind and thought i was being fussy so put positive feedback. however it seems it did come out as the original neutral feedback and when i realised i sent an apology e-mail and said he could put a note on if he could saying it was a mistake etc. then i log onto ebay just now to find he has given me negative feedback saying "SELLERS BEWARE LEAVES NEUTRAL FEEDBACK FOR NO REASON BUYER NOW BLOCKED" and then see under my feedback to him he has written..."sent quickly Buyer: fizzycapri ( 42) 11-Apr-08 18:52 Reply by bmcmani00 (11-Apr-08 19:17): AND HE DRIVES A CAPRI, YOU KNOW THE REST" wish i just gave him negative feedback now. am i being stupid and should i accept my mistake has now given me a negative or is this seller being a bit of a knob? sorry for the rant
lee_capri Posted April 11, 2008 Report Posted April 11, 2008 give him a smack that work's for me order him a taxi you have his address and some pizza's and some chinky's
mk3cokebottle Posted April 11, 2008 Report Posted April 11, 2008 report the item aswrongly described and make ebay get a refund off him
escortmad79 Posted April 11, 2008 Report Posted April 11, 2008 Did you email him first or just give him the neutral feedback?
Von Loxlee Posted April 11, 2008 Author Report Posted April 11, 2008 trouble is i think they were just a bit manky looking and when i did have a closer look decided to stop being silly and leave him normal positive feedback, which i obviously midjudged doing somehow lol. wouldnt have minded if he had left neutral and said one for one or something but to leave negative feedback and the comments were a bit uncalled for imo
escamino Posted April 11, 2008 Report Posted April 11, 2008 Looking at some of his other comments, he seems to be a bit of a dick. Your right to be p***ed off, I know I would be.
mk2_escort_chick Posted April 11, 2008 Report Posted April 11, 2008 Did you email him first or just give him the neutral feedback? I believe he gave the other guy a neutral feedback (accidently, as he'd changed his mind 2 positive but it came up with his original choice) first and then e-mailed they guy 2 appologise Please correct me if i'm wrong. You're right 2 be pissed off, contact e-bay and say that the item was wrongly described
