can I use on my fibreglass bonnet??? Is normal ok or do I need etching primer??

Normal primer should be fine. If its new degrease it thoroughly as it may have wax or similar on it from the mould.

no need for etch primer give it a very thorough spirit wipe before

you apply your primer.

Thanks chaps, I have just got a load of pre paint so will give it a good clean before I do it.

as long as it aint metal mate iot should be ok with any primer. plastic primer is probably best but not essential as the gelcoat is just like liquie filler anyway
