Admin Mk2Jo Posted June 5, 2008 Admin Report Posted June 5, 2008 .... do you get to a certain time during the year and you just feel mentally drained and in need of a break? I feel like that now Trouble is ... next holiday for me is 8 weeks away
4parajon Posted June 5, 2008 Report Posted June 5, 2008 I felt similar a couple of weeks ago, but I feel fine now. It felt almost the opposite to that thing people get when the dark nights come, which Ive never suffered from either.......maybe its our age Jo
MightySprocket Posted June 5, 2008 Report Posted June 5, 2008 lmao, you pair of old duffers... I feel mentally challenged sometimes is that the same?
Admin Mk2Jo Posted June 5, 2008 Author Admin Report Posted June 5, 2008 Shut your piehole Sprocket ... it's a serious matter I am just joking - I love you really

MightySprocket Posted June 5, 2008 Report Posted June 5, 2008 on a serious note and i dont wanna sound like jamie oliver or that anoying doctor doris gillan mcteeth on the telly but... I was feeling knackered all the time so left the ginsters alone and hit the fruit smoothies, after a couple of days I was climbing the walls like a 5 year old after a bag of blue smarties just the re-charge I needed.... back on the ginsters again now though!
4parajon Posted June 5, 2008 Report Posted June 5, 2008 I shall be shoving that ginsters where the sun dont shine Richard if your not carefull
Admin Mk2Jo Posted June 5, 2008 Author Admin Report Posted June 5, 2008 Oooh, that's a nice picture in my head now then
ann_capri Posted June 5, 2008 Report Posted June 5, 2008 i just take a multi-vit , that soon give's me a boost
MightySprocket Posted June 5, 2008 Report Posted June 5, 2008 probably cheaper than beating a ton of fresh fruit to a pulp with power tools only to make a pint
ann_capri Posted June 5, 2008 Report Posted June 5, 2008 i just pop 1 before i go to bed and get up the next day full of beans
Stu_B Posted June 5, 2008 Report Posted June 5, 2008 I'm hating everything at the moment & finding it hard to get motivated about anything...but Whooo I'm off on Holiday soon Hopefully going to Malta if we can get a flight that isn't going from Birmingham The missus has even expressed an interest in visiting HalFar Are there regular events there?

Josh_gsy Posted June 6, 2008 Report Posted June 6, 2008 if ever you want a break the easiest way of doing it is (if you can get a friday off works best) jump in your car pack some food, drink and camping equipment and go camping for a weekend and dont leave the site just swan around. i did it last year and even tho you dont go abroad it feels like your on holiday. i live in guernsey and camped in guernsey and it feeels like i got away!
