Engine Builder in Leeds, West Yorkshire??

I am in process of selling my 940cc engine to someone from Finland so I want decent engine builder who can do inspect, clean up and re-built my 1700 x-flow engine I got in my shed.

 

Anyone can recommend me to at Leeds or in West Yorkshire area for good price?

i know there is a place in Brighouse that does a lot of pintos and XE engines, RedLine Raceing....
