Help please

i have a type nine box on my escort and it has a electric speedo outlet on it .....

is there anyway i can change it to a mechanical one as can i buy anything from ford maybe take out the electric unit and replace it ?????

i know they did a mechanical speedo type 9, wether or not you can swap the bits over im not sure. might bhe easier to just buy a type 9 with a mech speedo cable
