m1c Posted July 6, 2008 Report Posted July 6, 2008 happened before but as a man im not allowed to cry... when you have a good yawn and it sets all your muscles off in a big spasm right across the chest and up into the shoulder for some hilariously unknown reason. id collapse but it hurts so fookin much i cant think of anything else to do at the time except tense up and wimper like a little girl whilst tryin to catch my breath. someone out there must know what its like
Mr Sam Posted July 6, 2008 Report Posted July 6, 2008 sometimes when i wake up and stretch the muscles in my calf cross or something only thing to sort it is jump out of bed and stand up
Retro-gone. Posted July 6, 2008 Report Posted July 6, 2008 i was up early on fri morn (6am) i was about to sneeze and didnt want to wake the wife so i held the sneeze in, i felt a 'pop' on the left hand side of my chest, hell it was painfull, couldnt breath properly all day, seems i pulled a muscle sneezing lol. still hurts now
mk3tina Posted July 6, 2008 Report Posted July 6, 2008 sometimes when i yawn all the muscles cramp up in my jaw and i have to force it open, and sometimes the muscles in the back of my legs cramp up if i stretch in bed. try this one, grab hold of your shoulder (same side as the hand your using) and then flex your muscles like your trying to show someone how big your muscular manly arms are, but keep hold of your shoulder.
