MORE insurance woes ...

i just don"t get this

 

4 insurance quotes this morning...4 different prices .

 

All mods declared in the quote , then they call you back and say ;

 

" Sorry , we cannot insure you you have too many modifications "

 

If you DON"T declare them your insurance is invalid , if you DO declare them, you can"t get insured ... totally confused now

just dont tell them about the mods if its that much a prob

 

if its stolen, they cant prove there were mods= payout

 

if you crash it repair it yourself shouldnt have been driving like a loon

We have got insurance through HERITAGE and declared the roll - cage aswell as all the other mods ... no problem

i did find a company that insured moded motors and also track /road use i`ll try and find it out and pm you with it, we worked it out it was going to cost another 250 on top for my capper i`ll try and dig it out later for you

Funny thing is Jon , there the only one that WOULD insure the Wagon , but they where £170 more than anyone else

you need a letter stating you membership details think i got mine off bailey mex a few years back & the discount still applies on modern cars aswell tell them you are a taking some scaffold home & its got jammed in the car

i never had a problem insurin a modded mk2 with cage buckets and harness at 19.

dont bother not declaring the mod cus if u do claim and they find out they will fook u over with a big stick

my last mk1 had roll cage A ,flux insured that ok , i asked for my 10% discount they came up with an excuse about the company who insureing me dont accept that
