Airbag Posted July 15, 2008 Report Posted July 15, 2008 My brake pedal on my 2.8i is rock hard and I cant generate enough force to make the brakes work effectively I have Powerlite wilwood callipers on front and sierra on the rear. I am also using a Land Rover MC on a 2.0L servo. I took it to a mates garage and he said the brakes are shit because I have the wrong size MC. Now what I need to know: Is the pedal to hard because the MC is to big or because it is to small? How can I work out the best size MC to fit? Cheers
Airbag Posted July 15, 2008 Author Report Posted July 15, 2008 Too big cheers, i'm gonna stick the standard one back on it and see if it improves the feel.
razersedge Posted July 15, 2008 Report Posted July 15, 2008 have you adjusted the servo to the mc to take up the slack in the pedal

bortaf Posted July 15, 2008 Report Posted July 15, 2008 you could try a Mk2 granny M/C it smaller than the LR one but bigger than the cappa one Not sure what servo it fits though
