car'nt get on the site

can any1 help my old man car'nt get on the site it just brings up some other page. tryed went via the bebo page got 2 the home page them same thing happened. I can get on it at his house using my lap top any ideas

Could possibly be a re-direct trojan on his PC. Sometimes deleting all the browsing history and cookies helps
