Rolling Road Recomendations

Ive just fitted a pair of weber 40s on my fiesta,

Thinking about a rolling road session to get them spot on.

Any recomendations in the north, I live in Barnsley, don't want to travel too far.

Had a rolling road day there with Dave (Mk14Dr) when I had the 1.8 in the van. They didn't spot that my throttle was only opening 3/4. Troy at the Northampton Motorsport rolling road day spotted it straight away. I guess it comes down to experience of the operator.
