Full stop. the online playability is just amazing, it hasnt left my machine for months! and the 1 player campaign is just as amazing. Now, i have a £30 voucher for game that my bro got me for my birthday and i went in there yesterday to get a new game. I nearly came out with BAD COMPANY but i just couldnt bring myself to get it! I just think that no other game is going to be as good as COD4 !! I got Metal gear solid 4 recently too and i played it for about an hour and then put COD4 straight back in the machine!! Is any game as good?? I am waiting for God of War 3 to come out as they are amazing games, and also resident evil 5. Whats Bad Company like in comparison?
MightySprocket Posted August 18, 2008 Report Posted August 18, 2008 Battlefield isnt as good as COD if you like playing with 10 mates as you can only take 4 into a lobby! Otherwise it knocks spots off COD... COD has got too much like Halo with noobs jumping around and throwing random grenades over buildings and getting spawny kills... I sold mine because there is no skill needed to play or rank up... now GRAW2, thats a proper game, proper tactics needed for a win and over 60 maps to play

5hane Posted August 18, 2008 Report Posted August 18, 2008 well at firts it was just infinity ward but they wanted more time to develop the game , so ACTIVISION got some other developers to work on cod 3 when cod 1 was out, then when cod 2 came out infinity started on cod4 hence why on cod 3 you can drive jeeps, but cod 4 you cant the stupid developes of cod 3, now 5 have brought it bact tpo ww2 getting a bit boring!!

SmokeEm Posted August 19, 2008 Report Posted August 19, 2008 imo search and deastroy is fastest, 50points a kill, no respawn, 100 points lay down a bomb/ stop a bomb, and a huge bonus smoke em, me v you was good I used to think the same mate but headquarters is deffo faster. You may only get 5 points per kill & 15 for capturing headquarters but if you have just turned prestige, you will be no good at S&D coz no silencers etc. The fastest way from rank 1 up to about 35 is play headquarters & set up an assault class, a smg class & a lmg class. Then depending on map used, just play through to 150 kills with all the different guns & the bonuses you get (regardless whether your team win or not) are HUGE. Between ranks 1 & 15 or so, I was averaging 1000 points per game. My highest was 2750 made up of completing a 150 kill, uav 3 times bonus, 3x strike bonus x base jump & a couple of claymore/grenade challenges all in 1 game
