While i thought the water pump had cashed it chips in, it was actually just an unfortunate collaboration of pipes dying at the same time. So, it should be back on the road by Thursday...yay! Well...yay for me, seeing as i'm the only bugger who likes it. Chris

As i said at the time, the Rover is new, economical, SAFE, reliable (well, it will be) and fooking fast. (200bhp....for now) and while i love old Fords i'm not willing to have my newborn ride around in one. Plus, with a sensible family car it means my toy can be as unsensible as i like. Chirs

I'm not suggesting there ain't, i just wanted something newish with all the bells and whistles (ABS, TRACTION, AIRBAGS, ISOFIX etc). I'll take the flack for owning a Rover, because while an old Ford might be cooler, that "cool" don't mean shi2 when someone pulls out in front of me. Chris
