Converting phone video clips ?

I keep taking video clips on my Nokia mobile then when i transfer them to the laptop they wont play unless i open them with real player.

 

 

I want to piece them togeather to make a dvd that i can play on any dvd player ?

 

Whats a good EASY programme to use ?

what format does the phone make the vids into? ie mpeg,avi etc.....you could download a converter, have you tried vlc player....plays most stuff ive had, nero has a converter but all depends on the format its saved has if it could convert or not

I used to have a converter pro gramme Av media something which would do it but lost it when hard drive went wrong ?

 

Whats a good ( free if possible) converter to use ?

Just downloaded that, it is the one i use to have a few years ago , and they want £30 to take out the watermark and register
