if your thinking of joining the mk1 cortina club for panels.....dont bother...........i have nothing but issues from the start sending rear arches out for a 4 door that are only ment to fit for 2 door versions.......complete different panels where it meets the rear door...and they are denial about the fact they are incorrect, and say they have fitted to cars them selfs.......no chance at all them fitting....and pictures i took show that fact top strut cups.....1/2 inch short around the whole cup and made up from 2 peices welded together....so massive gap between the cup and verticals rear valance completly out of shape and holes in wrong location rear lower corners...inside and out....wrong shape...bends wrong top strut panels incorrect bends and out of size wheel well...............complete shite...too big-too small....incorrect bends....panel lips non existent .....3 days work just to get it to just about fit correctly top strut verticals short at the top they take your money then take ages to send your stuff...........major issues getting the £ refunded and the correct amount being refunded .....well over 30 emails sent to and from just get the issues sorted......they send panels out even after you cancel them......then have to chase the refund constantly if you want correct panels then avoid the cortina site completely and pay a little more and go to expressed panels....least his panels and are made correctly and fit correctly. im sure i have missed other issues i have had...but i think you will get the jist of it rant over

is refusing to come out for me...and stopping the car being stripped...only bolt holding axle etc to the shell......got it to turn but it seems to be seized on to the leaf spring collar.....i have welded a O to it and used my sliding hammer on it...tried pushing it out....heating it and still no luck......and no room to saw it .............only other idea i have is make a puller that hooks over the chassis rail and hooks on to the O and pulls it.....but i suspect the metal around the area is prob not the best condition to have pressure applied to it .............any ideas
