willsy Posted October 4, 2008 Report Posted October 4, 2008 Who was the one in the yellow mk2 rs2000 that lost most of his tyres leaving. What a *OCK!!!!!!!
Trevmk3 Posted October 4, 2008 Report Posted October 4, 2008 good to know everyone listened to Ians warning i was nearly gonna come down myself but had other things to do
DEP Posted October 4, 2008 Report Posted October 4, 2008 Unfortunatly, as hard as we might try, we can never stop this kind of behaviour, and with Boxhill being so popular, it does attract people that are nt on the site, Saying that, my overall opinion was that most people did behave themselves
Trevmk3 Posted October 4, 2008 Report Posted October 4, 2008 it is understandable that you will get the odd one yeah, and i suppose all you can do is ask Ian
JAY PS Posted October 4, 2008 Report Posted October 4, 2008 Wonder if the owner realises that surrey police police have the power to seize his car and crush it ! They did that to a bike some years back and put it on a pillar outside the cafe to deter pratts trying to kill each other Hope its not on cctv or else hes in for a shock !!!!!!!!!!
Mrs O/H/C Posted October 4, 2008 Report Posted October 4, 2008 i remember the cube that was a bike being displayed outside the cafe..
KEVSWAYV6 Posted October 5, 2008 Report Posted October 5, 2008 i remember the cube that was a bike being displayed outside the cafe.. I remember seeing that as well many year's ago. As has been said, there is alway's one...... The majority behaved themselves though.... Look forward to more Boxhill meets.....
sutton4ord Posted October 5, 2008 Report Posted October 5, 2008 I take it these people cant read or dont understand english.
mk1rob Posted October 5, 2008 Report Posted October 5, 2008 Am i missing something here? I thought it was good to get the back end out abit? Or is that only off the road? Seen loads of vids on you tube of people 'leavin boxhill'
jed Posted October 5, 2008 Report Posted October 5, 2008 if your in the car park its a definate no no... But when your on the road outside surley thats a diffrent matter you are then on the public hi way so therfor not a matter for rykas dont get me wrong im not condoning it but a lot of people love to see the exit the cars make i mean look wot goes on at the ace sometimes that gets very hectic i know its not right but when your on the road and you know people are watching you show them a little something...
JAY PS Posted October 5, 2008 Report Posted October 5, 2008 Look i was there serveral months ago when it all kicked off There was serveral families ,oaps, walkers and other people put at risk but people who quite frankly should know better . There is a time and a place and its not on the public highway and its not in a car park full of public . Im not saying i havent done it in the past many moons ago ,but guys thats why these events find trouble getting venues . Im not a police officer or a kill joy ,just want to enjoy classic cars without anyone getting killed or injured .
over_head_cam Posted October 6, 2008 Report Posted October 6, 2008 From what I saw, most people behaved themselves and respected the venue. There will always be the odd one or two who don't feel they have to comply with the rules of the owners of Rykers. I can't say I would condone any shinanigins on the road either, but that's out of our control
DAZZA Posted October 7, 2008 Report Posted October 7, 2008 What were the rozzers doing there? Looked like a tax disc check to me!
