hotrodholty Posted October 7, 2008 Report Posted October 7, 2008 im goin to be starting a new car meet in liverpool soon and just want some feedback, best dsays for people, how many would attend, ect heres the plan. 7.00-8.00 all cars meet at the liverpool arena. (great views and photo opportunities for you and your cars, huge secure empty car parks, easy to get to from m62, wirral,) 8.00-8.30 mersey front cruise, all cars leave the echo arena for a little 2 mile blast down the promonade (long straights with round-a-bouts ) 8.30-11.30 meet and park up at the otterspool pub on otterspool promonade, eat, drink and chat. as for dates i was thinki8ng of running it on the thursdays that the manchester ford club does'nt do, so that way there is something to do every week, what do you think? car wise im not going to be to specific, iv got mates with talbots, manta's, yank's hotrod's ect, obviously the more fords the better . the only stuff that will be frowned upon (and probably pushed into the mersey ) is any max power shite, no body kits, big stereo's or any other chav-tastic parts. basically no shite! anything old, fast or just plain out of the ordinary is welcome. lets keep the burn-outs and donuts to a minimum to start with, at least till it's established any feedback would be greatly appreciated, just got to go and double check the arena and the pub and its on
