sparkycapri Posted October 7, 2008 Report Posted October 7, 2008 took the engine out of my mk2 tranny recovery truck as head gasket gone so i thought i would have a look at the clutch to see why its been a bitch to get in out of gear. found this loose behind the pressure plate dug around a bit more and found another in the end i found four of them!! took the pressure plate off and the friction plate was a bit worse for wear any one else buggered one up this bad?
Cossie_Power Posted October 8, 2008 Report Posted October 8, 2008 ive shattered the inside spline part in my first car which was a mk2 golf, i kept droping the clutch too hard and it didnt agree with it, lol how ya manage that it looks abit more meaty than a 1.3 golf one
