Admin Mk2Jo Posted October 10, 2008 Admin Report Posted October 10, 2008 Bigvee - Antz knows that you are reading your PM's. Could you please reply to him with regard to the item that he sent to you in error and has asked you to forward onto the correct recipient for him as the guy has already paid for the item that you received. Please don't ignore these messages as this will only serve to give you a bad name on the forum. Thanks
Rick Posted October 10, 2008 Report Posted October 10, 2008 feel for you antz i did the same thing on ebay a while ago hope it wasnt anything expensive
bigvee Posted October 11, 2008 Report Posted October 11, 2008 If antz wants to talk to me he could pick up the phone, he has my number and if you look at my posts so can anyone, after the week I've had all I needed was someone telling me how angry there mate is. This guy sent an item I payed for to the wrong place and then wanted me to send on another item. I find it difficult to get to the post office during the week. I asked my wife to post the item which she has done, whilst looking after three kids! I don't sell things that need posting on ebay or any other sites because of the problems of getting to the post office. Antz blamed his mum for posting the item to the wrong place, may be he has the same problems as me but luckily he has his mummy running round after him (dose she wipe your bum as well antzzy) As for getting a bad name we are talking about a steering wheel that would sell for £10 on ebay and he's making quite a fuss. I hadent seen this until today and I would say he has been waisting the time of anyone who has read this rubbish. I have looked at my pm's and phoned my wife to remind her each time (thats made her happy) what she has said about you antz even surprised me.
antz Posted October 11, 2008 Author Report Posted October 11, 2008 mixing up labels is an honest mistake to make. issue hopefully resolved

You openly admit that you had read his PM's, its quick and easy enough to write a quick reply. Even if its just to ask him to call you and give him your number. Mixing up the labels was an honest mistake and I doubt Antz or his mum did it just to annoy you or to inconvenience you by asking you to repost the item As for it being 'just' a ten pound steering wheel.... It doesnt matter what it was. However it happened, the end result was that it accidentaly ended up in your possession and your item ended up in someone elses. Im sure you would be pretty angry if the person who had your item didnt appear to be returning contact. As for wasting all our time by making us read this thread, It was for your attention, and yet 200-odd other people have read it. we are all just a bunch of nosey buggers Anyway, glad its all sorted now
Copey Posted October 11, 2008 Report Posted October 11, 2008 wheel arrived this mornin, cheers antz, and bigvee, thank your wife for sendin the parcel out for me, ta!
antz Posted October 11, 2008 Author Report Posted October 11, 2008 issue resolved. glad ya happy with it copey
bigvee Posted October 11, 2008 Report Posted October 11, 2008 Sorry emu but when your getting pm notification after pm notification it starts to get to you. I did reply to the first few but when I got the one saying my mate is very angry I though what a silly little boy with nothing better to do. If you look in my profile and look at all posts you will see my number! I was happy to let this go but to see today he had been slagging me off on a public forum its p me off Anyway I've found some more bits of this site I'd not been to before so some goods come out of it.
emu Posted October 11, 2008 Report Posted October 11, 2008 Like I say, glad its all sorted. But just think how you might have felt if you were in Antz', or the other persons position . One thing though, people wont think to look through every post you have written to see if you have posted up your phone number at some point. Partly because most people dont post their numbers, partly because some people have posted so much that it would take all day to search through
Copey Posted October 11, 2008 Report Posted October 11, 2008 my mate is very angry just like to clear up 1 thing, i didnt get angry at all, i was just wonderin where the wheel had gotten to, i didnt mider about it, i just didnt want either me or antz to have to shell out another £30 for another wheel if i hadnt sent you the head straight away i am sure you would have felt the same way?
bigvee Posted October 11, 2008 Report Posted October 11, 2008 My last word Copey, you dont know me, I dont want to fall out with you but in the 10-14 days from when I payed for the head until I was told he had messed up I did not chase Antz or imply he had stiffed me on a public forum. I just had a wheel I did not know who from (I though some one had messed up on ebay). I hope the wheel is okay, tell Antz it would not have looked good on my stockcar!
