smiffy Posted October 31, 2008 Report Posted October 31, 2008 I'd have a mk1 fiesta with a mitsubishi evo engine/box and running gear (4wd) with around 500 bhp
PIG Posted October 31, 2008 Report Posted October 31, 2008 would keep what i already have and just up the power to 900ish
MK2Ed Posted October 31, 2008 Report Posted October 31, 2008 Here's mine...:1. The Historic Car - A GT40 – (also much more sexy than a F3 ) You have no soul ..... I have read all specs on the F3L and you have hit on a good there... It's just a bit too "elongated" for me.... anyway you wouldn't fit in one of those Mr Retro - too tall... Here's a couple more pics though cause it is worth it: 2. The Race/Track Car - X packed MK2 RS2000 Cosworth 200 block 4x4 Turbo. This would be a professional build and use Craig Rainer’s MK2 as a general blueprint… So you can go 1 second a lap quicker than Andy Pipe in his 1600 x-flow I'll leave the 1 second to the racers - my reason is I like the MK2 X-Pack and this would be perfect opportunity to build one powered by a brutal 200 Cosworth engine - probably in the below colour..... with "who the fook is Pig" written on the back... : Plus one more of the GT40:
Messenjah Posted November 1, 2008 Report Posted November 1, 2008 mk3 capri x pack tubbed and linked at the rear with a shortened axle with some massively wide "17 banded steels coilovers up front and some 8x15 banded steels motorsport front spoiler with the newish audi a8 diesel twin turbo v8 engine plenty of poke good reliabilty and cheaper running costs it woul dbe a daily after all the car would have had to be dipped then welded then galvanised sprayed inside and out top and bottom then fully waxoyld interior wise i would want it to look relatively stock but with half leather half suede fishnet recaros in black custom door cards that i can already picture the design of in my head and a discreete but powerfull stereo leccy windows air conditioning oh and as for colour ... SATIN BLACK ... applied professionally it can look the absolute mutts nuts
over_head_cam Posted November 1, 2008 Report Posted November 1, 2008 I'd build one. Not sure what, I'd probably make it up as I went along. A DFV would be a good starting point though
stevepeanut Posted November 1, 2008 Report Posted November 1, 2008 I'd want 2 my mk2 with a yb turbo in and trick suspension and brakes and a mk3 capri, properly sorted with the biggest V8 available
evil knievel Posted November 1, 2008 Report Posted November 1, 2008 Jaguar XJS V12 in mustard yellow would convert it to manual, oh and maybe do a bit of electrical bits and bobs so that stuff worked for more than 2 uses...
garyv6100e Posted November 2, 2008 Report Posted November 2, 2008 1st i would have a 100E fully spaced framed with a 427 V8 superchared and nitro running 10X15 center lines then get Boyd Cuddington to build me an old 49 ford pop
