When we built are garage, it's not as big as your but we had trouble with getting planning and wouldn't let we build as big as we wannted. We though it was stupid as we asked all our neighbours which said we can build it as big as they want. Said after all we gotta put up with there kids in the garden

Also the foundations cost near 2x as much to build the garage it's self

Bet your looking forward to working in a warm garage

ye mate i can't wait to get stuck in, get the shelving up, make me a bench, me next door neighbour as offered us some strip lights, he's got loads of em :D gonna put load on roof and a few either side of the garage so that when im spraying a car i can see properly the whole way around it, can't just have them on roof cos it will leave a shadow at the sides

anyone know how much them flip jigs are? or is it cheaper to make a home made one?

Cos your garage is so tall you should make a loft at the top for storage and a ladder to get up. Saves alot of space
