paint wheels

 

fit tyres

 

cut springs

 

clean it

 

then tax mot and drive.

 

i found the best car i could so i didnt have to spend lots of time

outside in the cold and rain

sort the welding out,

source and fit a new 'interesting'engine

collect and fit a gearbox,

refit the interior,

sort out the suspension,

get a bit of paint on it,

somehow afford all of the above

Design and fit rack'n'pinion steering.

Convert front brakes to XR4i with Mondeo calipers.

Strip and repaint engine bay.

Get my head examined.

Have a look at fuel injecting the BDA.

If they ^ work out,fit engine into Anglia.If not then re-fit 1300 for another year.

Bare metal the whole car a panel at a time and re-spray it.

Make and fit poly windows.

Fit arches.

Make and fit front and rear spoilers.

OR

Leave the f*ckin' thing up on stands in the garage and sit on my arse doing sweet f*ck all till the summer...if we have one.

im thinking of doing it black and metalflake red as i am making it into a custom

i thought i would show you the fruits of my (and a m8's) labour over the weeked

 

 

thats the; engine

gearbox

exsaust (what i found was stainless that should raise some sums )

all the front end running gear (legs, tca's ect)

rad and ancilliresys (sp ) off

axel back off

 

 

all taken off , and my m8 now wants an escort harrier

 

 

i just need to get some bigger axel stands ofmy grandad .. the engines kinda stuck

 

 

 

not bad for a first time and thats that X'd off my list
