Some local banger lads near me usually race big Volvo's, Jags and the like.

Saw this a couple of weeks ago on the back of their truck. Couldn't tell if it had been a goodun or not. Wouldn't ave minded the diff out of it though..

Bit old to be banger raced these day's IMO

 

There's loads of cav's vectra's and mondeos being chucked away all the time,why dont the banger boy's use them ?

Exactly. Although now and again ther are classic banger events so maybe it was raced in one on them..

Buxton the main one.

Theres also one near Uttoxeter where pretty much anything goes. We used to have Long Eaton too but that's long gone
